Stories: Dennis

Dennis Lisk

“Life is never going to be the same again”

Eight months. That’s all the time they had with Dennis Lisk from the time he was diagnosed with brain cancer to when he passed away. Eight short months.

Dennis’ wife and their two young children knew that life would never be the same again. Looking for a way to support brain cancer research, Dennis’ daughter, Megan, channeled her love for art into fundraising for the disease that claimed her dad’s life.

“I want to give money for research to Dr. Cobbs because I don’t want any other families to go through all of the sad times like my family did,” says Megan.

Extraordinary generosity brings extraordinary research, and hope, to our patients.
